  • To prepare and maintain the service books of all employees.
  • To forward employee appointment and promotion cases to the department. To keep the seniority list register updated.
  • To prepare and forward service rule amendment cases, maintain them in the records, and prepare employee service appointment cases.
  • To keep the dead stock and temporary dead stock registers updated.
  • To handle files and conduct correspondence related to the general administration of the Market Committee, Cooperative Society, Employees' Union, Marketing Board, Tribal Development Corporation, etc.
